The University of North Dakota (UND) is taking steps to evaluate the impact of its LEADS Strategic Plan. According to Ryan Zerr, Associate Vice President for Strategy & Implementation and Professor of Mathematics at UND, the aim is to develop "a consistent and repeatable way to understand our institutional growth over time."

Zerr highlights that the LEADS Activity Inventory has already provided insights into how campuswide efforts align with the strategic plan. However, understanding the outcomes from these efforts requires further examination.

To address this need, the LEADS Implementation Team is gathering data and metrics linked to LEADS' strategic priorities. This growing library will serve as a tool to measure progress and recognize achievements.

While it is early in the process and specific results are not yet available, Zerr notes that this approach will help identify success stories and areas needing more attention. It also aims to ensure that UND LEADS continues to be relevant in the future.
