President Andrew Armacost of the University of North Dakota will host a fireside chat with Benjamin Davies, corporate vice president and president of defense systems for Northrop Grumman, on November 6. The event is part of the UND LEADS: Broad Perspectives on National Security speaker series.
The discussion will take place at the UND Memorial Union Ballroom from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Davies leads Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems sector, which provides global defense solutions to support military operations and readiness.
UND holds this speaker series each fall and spring semester, inviting national experts to participate in conversations about security topics. According to the university, "This series serves as a complement to the University’s National Security Initiative, which focuses on research and educating tomorrow’s workforce leaders in national security."
