On Saturday, March 8, former Thompson High School standout Devin Brooks’ current college team, the Alabama State Hornets, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Florida Ospreys.
The game took place at Dusty Rhodes Field at Harmon Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Ospreys this season.
The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Dusty Rhodes Field at Harmon Stadium against North Florida Ospreys.
These ex-Northeast North Dakota area high school athletes will be competing in the week starting Monday, Sept. 8.
Construction on Mayville State University’s Old Main building has reached a significant milestone, with the project now entering its busiest phase and one year remaining until completion.
Mayville State University has announced that its 2025 Homecoming will once again coincide with the annual Farmers Bowl, marking the third consecutive year of the combined event.
