Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing N. 4th St.. from 2nd Ave. N. to University Ave. starting on Thursday, July 13, 2023 to allow crews to deliver and set large precast materials for the Franklin on 4th development on the corner of N. 4th St. and University Ave. Detour signs will be posted.
The current section of University Ave. that has been closed for this project will be back open.
The closure on N. 4th St. will last for several weeks.
