Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing University Ave. from N. 3rd St. to N. 4th St. starting on Thursday, June 15, 2023 to allow crews to deliver and set large precast materials for the Franklin on 4th development on the corner of N. 4th St. and University Ave. Detour signs will be posted.
This section of University Ave. will be closed until mid-July.
