Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing University Ave. from N. 3rd St. to N. 4th St. on June 7 morning to allow crews to pour concrete for the Franklin on 4th development at the corner of N. 4th St. and University. Detour signs will be posted.
University Ave. should be back open by the afternoon when crews will move their equipment to N. 4th St.
While the equipment is on N. 4th St., traffic will be down to one lane. Flaggers will be in place to direct traffic.
