Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing the parking lane on the east side of S. 20th St. in the area between 9th Ave. S. and 11th Ave. S. starting on Monday, June 5, 2023. Traffic will still be able to pass through the area.
Contractors will be installing a new water line for Ben Franklin Elementary.
The water line installation is expected to be complete by the end of July, weather permitting.
