Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing S. 14th St. from 11th Ave. S. to 14th Ave. S. and 14th Ave. S. from S. Washington St. to S. 14th St. on Monday, June 5, 2023 for complete reconstruction.
The intersection of S. 14th St. and 13th Ave. S. will remain open for phase 1 of this project. This intersection will close for phase 2. We will notice the intersection closure at a later date.
The entire reconstruction project is expected to be complete by mid-October, weather permitting.
