Let’s receive this special opportunity to discover through a Choreographed Flow, what it is that brings out the best and worst in us! This way we learn so much about ourselves and get clear on what we want for this life and don’t want.This class will be offered every Monday & Wednesday starting January 23rd and ending April 5th. We will have 22 sessions of a choreographed flow that will become second nature and you can take this memory of movement, breath, and play into your daily life. Focusing on your movements will help your brain focus, give you more self-control, and make you calmer, and as a result, be better equipped to handle stress.

All of us need to combat the effects of a sedentary lifestyle by including a healthy dose of exercise and activity. Marissa’s guidance through Center Stage Yoga is a fun way to get your heart pumping, tone muscles, and generally stay fit while also exploring new cultured, music, and movements.
