City of Grandforks issued the following announcement.
With this heavy rain, our Wastewater Treatment plant is getting pushed to the limit. Make sure those sump pump hoses are discharging outside and do what you can to limit water usage until our Wastewater Treatment Plant can catch up. Thank you.
