On Saturday, February 10, former Modesto Christian School standout, Tsotne Tsartsidze’s current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, lost 47-65 in their NCAA D1 game against the Kansas City Roos.
The game took place in Grand Forks, North Dakota. This was the second matchup against the Kansas City Roos this season.
The North Dakota Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, February 15 at 8 p.m. in Denver, Colorado.
Women’s basketball teams from Traill County received $223,323 during the 2024 season, up 10% from the previous year.
A.J. Holland has been named assistant coach for North Dakota Fighting Hawks men’s basketball under head coach Paul Sather. Holland brings experience from multiple collegiate programs including East Texas A&M and Angelo State University.
North Dakota track and field teams broke two school records on May 15 during day two of the Summit League Outdoor Championships, earning six medals overall. The women’s team leads heading into finals while standout performances came from Jadyn Keeler and Shane Zierden.
