Jadyn Keeler was named Women’s Track Peak Performer of the Week after her performance at the Stanford Invitational, according to an April 7 announcement from league officials.
Keeler achieved a new school record in the women’s 10,000-meter run, surpassing her own previous mark with a time of 31:56.03. This result placed her fourth overall in the event and improved her prior record by nearly ten seconds. Her time is now ranked as the 20th-fastest in NCAA history, leads the Summit League, and stands fourth nationally this season.
This latest recognition marks Keeler’s fourth career outdoor weekly honor and her tenth overall during her collegiate career.
The North Dakota track and field team will continue its season at two upcoming meets: the Bryan Clay Multis in California on April 9 and 10, and the NDSU Spring Classic in Fargo on April 10 and 11.
